Start date for training Feb 2009

Body composition at that time

99kg, body fat 22%, waist 36 inches, chest 48 inches, resting heart rate 62, max heart rate 190.  Max speed for 5 km 30 minutes.  Marathon pace 4 hours 20 minutes.  Long run 18 km

March 2010

87 kg, body fat 15%, waist 31 inches, chest 50 inches, resting heart rate 44, max heart rate 196. Max speed for 5 km 22 minutes. Marathon pace 3 hours 30 minutes. Long run 55 km

Sunday            45 km

Monday           off or gym for wieght training

Tuesday           6 km morning, wieghts for 30 minutes, swim for 500 meters, evening run 8 km

Wed                  21 km with hill training, wieghts for 30 minutes

Thursday       10 km slow

Friday             15 km fast

Sat                   10-15 km slow
