Slow roasted salmon with dill butter

Honey braised baby carrots, with shallots and green onions lemon thyme

Rappini sauteed with mushrooms and garlic

asparagus tossed in a lemon vinaigrette…………………………..Yummy!

Mixed Rices from California, Quinoa, Spelt and chopped walnuts

This should fix some things up!

I make a great Fiddlehead soup! I enjoy them several times a week while they are is season. Will soon get a website and post and sell some family recipes.
