There is a huge differance in going for a run and training.   If you want to train you MUST check out this book by my friend Michael Wentz.  This guy analysed and broke down a 125 km ultra marathon and not only completed it but he did the race exactly as he planned.  He proved that running an Ultra is about the focused preperation NOT just the passion for running.

I am a fan of running. Though I just finished 25 Km run, it is satisfying to know that you are able to accomplish something. And it is healthy. I will try to find a copy of this book 🙂

hey congratulations. Yes its a great feeling of accomplishment to run a new distance. keep it up and enjoy the book
