Its almost time to start training full time again.   Ive been maintaining a good base of about 45-65  km a week BUT i havent been very diciplined in my diet.  I am now 89 kgs up from 83 kg at the Death Race.  Its not only that i have gained wieght but i feel weak as my nutrition has been poor.   I will write alot about nutrition and recipes which can provide various elements our body needs to train well.   I am going to touch on foods that deliver very specific nutrients etc.

Tonight i am making a Vegan dish but i have combined Rice and Beans to make up a complete protien structure of the essential amino acids.
